SEVENTH DEFENDANT IN MULTIMILLION DOLLAR SECURITIES AND MORTGAGE FRAUD CASE APPREHENDED

RIVERSIDE - The seventh defendant in the Stonewood securities and mortgage fraud case has been arrested.

Helen Moreno Pedrino, 57, was arrested about 6:20 p.m. at a fast food restaurant in the city of Torrance.

Pedrino is the mother of co-defendant Hendrix Moreno Montecastro. Pedrino faces 207 counts in the massive multimillion dollar fraud case.
